I am not a developer. I just want to share what I am using. I have integrated two ROMs I found on xda. Although both ROMs have some bugs, I was amazed that after I have put them together all the bugs have gone! Moreover, I have modified this new ROM more to satisfy myself. I do not know if this also pleases you or not.
You do not need to unlock boot loader. You will not lose any previous applications when you flash this ROM. (Do not full wipe or factory reset)
What are special about this integrated ROM?
- Reboot option on power menu
- Cool notification bar with many options (swipe on the icons to see more options)
- ICS framework, and icons
- Battery percentage
- Already rooted
- Based on 4.0.2.A.0.62 firmware
- Transparent in almost everything
- Power saving
- Khmer Unicode included
- New themes
- CWM included
- Everything is working, Light, fast, and more....
What are needed to flash this ROM?
- Courage to take your own risk
- Xperia Arc/Arc S running on any firmware of Android 2.3.4
- Properly working CWM recovery

Note:
- If you don't have CWM recovery, please go to Aaron Tan's doc here: http://www.facebook.com/groups/caug.talk/doc/218321024905645/
- It is highly recommended to make a full back up before you flash any ROM.
How do we flash this ROM?
- Copy the zip file from the ROM link above and paste it in your SD card
- Reboot into CWM recovery
- Navigate to install zip from SD card
- Choose to install zip that you have just pasted
- Confirm and wait
- Reboot. Done!!!
Note:
- First boot might take up to five minutes, so be patient.
Optionals:
1. For Xperia Arc S: This ROM is customized for Xperia Arc, so it will show LT15i. If you want to see LT18i, download this http://www.box.com/s/ipmsgs0rd1mr3s08r0gi and install by CWM, just like you install the ROM.
2. For both Arc and Arc S: If you want ICS animation and fake 4G, download this http://www.box.com/s/7e7c838e63cvbp50rjgi and ,again, install it by CWM.
3. For both Arc and Arc S: This is new a lockscreen style. You can download it and flash by CWM. Here is the link: http://www.box.com/s/jj0zln8v7lbf8dfdtrrm
